WHS Requirements – Successful purchasers would be required to provide current copies of the following WHS Documentation prior to attending site: - Summary page of WHS Policies, Procedures, Incident and Investigation reporting processes and Training records, include a brief explanation of how training is kept current; - A Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance; - Evidence of current ReturnToWorkSA registration (if applicable); - All workers are required to complete a NAWMA Contractor induction – workers can upload Licences/certificates; - Copy of current relevant licences and certifications of workers using high risk plant/equipment(as above); - Copy of relevant JSA’s and SWMS for the task up to and including any Crane operators; - Emergency response plans and management plans for the work onsite.
